The grapes used in the production of Gran Feudo Tempranillo come from vineyards cultivated in Rioja Alavesa and Rioja Alta that were carefully selected for their balanced production and varietal quality.

The majority of the plots are located on the hillsides that join the limestone cliffs of the Sierra de Cantabria with the Ebro River. The southern orientation of these lands allows the grapes to receive more direct sunlight, which leads to a superior ripening process for this latitude, producing more full-bodied wines without losing the natural freshness typical of Rioja wines. Gran Feudo Tempranillo is produced in the installations that the winery owns in Elciego.
