Think Pink, ravishing rosés and bodacious blushes for summer

I love rose and the careless drinking of rosé. It combines the fleshy fruit flavours of red wine with the airy lightness of white. Every time I taste, I wonder why I don’t drink more of it.

Rosé is wonderful as an aperitif, but is also an ideal companion to the light fare we enjoy in the spring and summer.

What to buy

Gran Feudo Rosado, Navarra, Spain: Enjoy notes of fresh field raspberry and cranberry. I recommend this rosé year after year. Pair with: Grilled Pork Salad with Spinach and Beets, Mediterranean-inspired dishes, pasta, risotto, seafood.
